Article 2 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the SPINTAP website.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed.

Each product page includes a description of its main characteristics.

Images, photographs, videos, illustrations, mock-ups and other visual representations are provided for illustrative purposes only.

They may include demonstration images, lifestyle photography, simulations, digital renderings or marketing representations intended to illustrate the appearance or use of the product.

Minor differences in colour, packaging, accessories, finishes or presentation may occur without affecting the essential characteristics or conformity of the product.

Such differences shall not constitute a defect or give rise to the Seller's liability.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes where required.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed before payment.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Products are invoiced according to the price applicable at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Orders

An order becomes binding once:

• Payment has been successfully authorised;
• These Terms and Conditions of Sale have been accepted.

A confirmation email will then be sent.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues or previous disputes with the customer.

Article 6 – Payment

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods made available on the Site.

The Seller never has access to customers' full payment card details.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

7–13 business days

Orders are dispatched within approximately 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

In any event, delivery will take place within a maximum period of 30 days from the order confirmation.

If delivery exceeds this period, the customer may request cancellation of the order and obtain a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the order.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they receive the goods, without giving any reason.

As an additional commercial benefit, SPINTAP offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. Full details are available in our Returns & Refund Policy.

To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, customers must contact:

Returned products must be:

• Unused;
• Complete;
• Returned in their original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory proof of return.

Article 9 – Legal Guarantees

Customers benefit from all statutory consumer rights applicable under French law and, where applicable, equivalent mandatory protections available under UK consumer legislation.

Where a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.

Article 10 – Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for:

• Misuse of the products;
• Indirect or consequential losses;
• Events outside the Seller's reasonable control.

Article 11 – Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing contractual obligations where this results from events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Article 12 – Consumer Mediation

Before commencing legal proceedings, customers are encouraged to seek an amicable solution.

As the Seller is established in France, consumers may also refer the dispute to the following consumer mediation body:

Article 14 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights that customers may benefit from under the laws of their country of residence.

The parties will first seek an amicable resolution to any dispute.

Failing such resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
